Project overview
From November 17 to 19, S4 Consulting visited the Life Wear Technologies factory in Thanh Hoa to work onsite and support the US IT team in deploying an enhanced warehouse management solution using RF-SMART WMS integrated with Oracle NetSuite. The engagement focused on:
– Implementing RF-SMART WMS with Barcode scanning to digitize receiving, picking, and inventory handling
– Leveraging BIN location management within NetSuite to improve storage accuracy and streamline put-away and picking operations
– Ensuring seamless, real-time data synchronization between RF handheld devices and Oracle NetSuite
S4 Consulting’s role
Drawing on our Oracle NetSuite implementation experience in Vietnam, S4 Consulting assisted the US IT team by:
– Supporting the configuration and alignment of RF-SMART WMS with NetSuite warehouse and inventory structures
– Validating barcode scanning workflows and integration with real RF devices
– Designing BIN location strategies and operational rules within NetSuite
– Supporting user readiness and operational handover for warehouse teams
