Perspective

Seamless operations: where to start?

Captured at the source

Data is entered right at the warehouse, factory or site, as the work happens.

Everyone takes part

Whoever creates the data enters it into the system, without layers of intermediaries.

One common standard

Subsidiaries share the same naming, classification and accounting rules, so the numbers match.

One shared picture

The parent company sees operations and ESG indicators across the group from a single source.

Two systems, one data rhythm

  1. The right system at each levelThe group keeps SAP or Oracle, while subsidiaries run a lighter cloud ERP with no limit on users.
  2. Automatic connectionEvery subsidiary transaction updates the parent company automatically, for both operational and ESG reporting.
  3. Easy to scale and adaptAdd subsidiaries, add processes or adapt to each unit’s way of working without affecting the group system.

FAQ

Before you confirm

How is ESG related to ERP?

ESG indicators such as energy, materials, workplace safety and internal controls all come from day-to-day operations. When the parent and subsidiaries share one data rhythm on ERP, the business can track ESG within operations instead of compiling it by hand at year end.

What is this evening?

An evening of open talk and networking in Ho Chi Minh City hosted by S4 Consulting for executive teams of multi-entity companies, to exchange views on operations and systems ahead of 2027 planning.

What is two-tier ERP?

A model in which the parent company uses a large ERP such as SAP or Oracle for consolidation and governance, while subsidiaries use a lighter cloud ERP suited to their size and pace. The two tiers are connected so data flows to one place.

How can two different systems stay in sync?

Staying in sync does not require the same software. It requires a common data standard, everyone entering data in the system, and an automatic update flow. Each subsidiary transaction reaches the group as soon as it happens.

Do companies on SAP need to replace their system?

No. The parent company’s system stays as it is. The question is which system suits each subsidiary and how it connects to the group.

What is Composable ERP?

A flexible architecture for building systems: each part does one job, can be replaced or extended without affecting the whole, and connects to the rest through an integration layer.

How do the complimentary ESG assessments work?

GreenLink Solutions (GLS) offers 5 complimentary ESG assessments and certifications to suitable attending companies, subject to each company’s consent.

Where is the event held?

At East West Brewing Saigon, 181-185 Ly Tu Trong, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. After you register, S4 Consulting will call to confirm and send your invitation.
