For leaders of businesses with multiple subsidiaries and branches who are planning their 2027 operations.

Every new subsidiary makes the organization a little heavier: one more system, one more spreadsheet, a few more days waiting for numbers. Before you lock in your 2027 plan, join us for an evening to look at how the whole group can run lighter and faster, with the data ready for ESG reporting.

The reality

Why subsidiaries fall behind the parent company

Group systems are too heavy

SAP and Oracle fit the group level, but they are often too heavy and slow to deploy for subsidiaries.

Costs are hard to balance

A separate license set and implementation project for every subsidiary is a large investment.

Per-user pricing

Many departments need to enter data, but every added user adds cost.

Fragmented numbers

Subsidiaries still run on Excel or their own accounting software, so the parent company struggles to get timely figures.

Two systems, one rhythm of data

  1. Two systems, one standardThe group keeps SAP or Oracle, subsidiaries use a Cloud ERP such as Acumatica. Both follow the same chart of accounts, master data and posting rules.
  2. Everyone works in the systemWarehouse, sales and accounting staff at subsidiaries all enter data directly, with no user limit. Numbers are right at the source.
  3. Expand and adjust with operationsAdd subsidiaries or processes, or tailor how each unit works, without affecting the group system.
  4. Numbers flow back automaticallyEvery transaction updates the parent company automatically. Consolidated reports are available daily, not at month-end.

FAQ

Before you confirm

What is this evening?

A gathering hosted by S4 Consulting in Ho Chi Minh City for leaders of multi-subsidiary businesses, to discuss operations and systems before planning 2027.

What is two-tier ERP?

A model where the parent company uses a large ERP such as SAP or Oracle for consolidation and governance, while subsidiaries use a lighter Cloud ERP that fits their size and pace of growth. The two tiers are connected so numbers flow to one place.

How can two different systems stay in sync?

Being in sync does not require the same software. It requires one data standard, everyone entering data in the system and an automated update flow. Every subsidiary transaction reaches the group as soon as it happens.

Do businesses running SAP need to replace it?

No. The parent company system stays as it is. The question is which system to use for subsidiaries and how to connect them to the group.

What is composable ERP?

A way of building systems on a flexible architecture: each part does one job, can be replaced or extended without affecting the whole, and connects to the others through an integration layer.

When will I receive the venue?

S4 Consulting will call to confirm and send an invitation with the venue.

Subsidiaries in sync, the group accelerates

Prepare for 2027 alongside businesses facing the same challenge.
