S4 Successfully Completes ERP Selection Advisory Project for SSI Securities

On May 20, 2026, S4 Consulting officially completed and signed off the ERP Selection Advisory project for SSI Securities, one of Vietnam’s leading securities firms.

The project was conducted from February 23, 2026, to April 29, 2026, with the objective of helping SSI establish a structured, objective, and data-driven ERP selection process, providing a solid foundation for future enterprise management and digital transformation initiatives.

To ensure both evaluation depth and project efficiency, the engagement was organized into three parallel workstreams:

Workstream 1 – RFP Development, Evaluation Criteria, and Weighted Scoring Framework

This workstream focused on developing the RFP/RFQ package, standardizing business requirements, designing vendor demonstration scenarios, defining evaluation criteria, and establishing a comprehensive weighted scoring framework.

Workstream 2 – Vendor Evaluation and Tender Management

S4 facilitated proposal reviews, solution demonstrations, clarification sessions, consulting team assessments, and implementation capability verification for participating ERP vendors.

Workstream 3 – Scoring, Analysis, and Final Recommendation

The project team consolidated evaluation results, performed risk assessments, compared alternatives, and developed final recommendations to support SSI’s ERP investment decision.

Through close collaboration between SSI and S4 project teams, all project objectives were successfully achieved within the committed timeline.

During this engagement, S4 Consulting applied its proprietary S4 Fast & Saving ERP Methodology to help SSI accelerate the ERP selection process while maintaining a high level of decision quality and governance.

The methodology focuses on three critical success factors:

1. Weighted Scoring Aligned with Business Priorities

A structured evaluation framework was established from the beginning of the project. Weightings were assigned based on functional requirements, business criticality, and key risk factors, ensuring that evaluation results accurately reflected SSI’s strategic priorities.
