Project overview
From November 17 to 19, S4 Consulting visited the Life Wear Technologies factory in Thanh Hoa to work onsite and support the US IT team in deploying an enhanced NetSuite WMS solution. The engagement focused on:
– Implementing WMS with Barcode scanning to digitize receiving, picking, and inventory handling
– Deploying BIN location management to improve storage accuracy and streamline put-away and picking operations
– Ensuring reliable data flow between handheld scanners and Oracle NetSuite for real-time inventory visibility
S4 Consulting’s role
Drawing on our Oracle NetSuite implementation experience in Vietnam, S4 Consulting assisted the US IT team by:
– Configuring and fine-tuning the NetSuite WMS setup to match warehouse layout and operational needs
– Testing Barcode scanning and integration with actual devices to ensure data reliability
– Designing BIN structures and establishing location rules for optimized warehouse flow
– Training warehouse staff to accelerate system adoption and readiness
